الله أكبر
بعد مرور يومين من الذكرى السادسة عشر للغزو العراقي لدولة الكويت أكتب هذه الكلمات
التي تعبر عن أستغراب مواطن
عاش فترة الإحتلال
و أصبح غريب في بلده
بين يوم و ليلة
وفقد بعضا من الأصدقاء
وشاهد ضحاية الأغتصاب و التعذيب
وسرقة أرشيف دولة
و مسح حدودها ومطاردة قيادة
كان يوم أسود ويشهد التاريخ على ذلك
و الأستغراب يأتي من عدم الإهتمام والتعتيم الذي حدث
هذة الفترة من الزمان يجب ان تدرس في المدارس ليعرف الجيل الجديد ما حدث للكويت و ليتعلم الدرس
حتي لايتكرر ما حدث في المستقبل
ومن يحاول مسح الغزو من ذاكرة الشباب الكويتي أقول الله يرحم شهدائنا الأبرار

Its Sad to remember the days of the invasion, what is also sad is that Israel is doing the same to Lebanon (real time)! Ok there are different depths and scopes when comparing the situations. Overall, the thing that agitates me the most is the feeling of helplessness. I felt helpless back in 1990's and I hate the feeling of being helpless today!
Any why Haboub , I am pleasantly shocked with how great you blog is. Keep it up .....(the bloging).
